The Tower of Light results from a complex and ambitious programme: concentrating housing, retail, offices, and public space in a single vertical element. The tower rises 18 floors above a public square that requalifies the city block.
The facade of golden anodised aluminium blades filters sunlight and creates a dynamic pattern that changes with the viewing angle. The building holds BREEAM Excellent certification and includes a cogeneration energy system.
