Glass Pavilion
The Glass Pavilion is an exercise in transparency and structural lightness. Located in the heart of a private garden in the Algarve, this pavilion functions as a refuge for meditation and reading.
The minimal steel structure supports large panels of thermal glass that eliminate visual barriers between interior and exterior. At night, the pavilion becomes a lantern of soft light, integrated into the surrounding vegetation.
"Architecture is the learned game, correct and magnificent, of forms assembled in the light."
Le Corbusier
