Civic Center

The Civic Center redefines the concept of public facility for the 21st century. The building is organised around a central atrium covered by a structural skylight, which serves simultaneously as an indoor square and distribution axis for all programmes.

The complex includes a library, auditorium for 300 people, coworking spaces, multipurpose rooms, and municipal services. The flexibility of the spaces was the guiding principle of the project, allowing the building to adapt to community needs over time.
